Learning is uncomfortable. If you’re finding it too easy, you’re probably not learning and instead you’re probably performing. Also, just because you know what you need to change doesn’t mean it is going to be easy to do it. Coaching support helps you find the courage to tackle the most uncomfortable challenges in learning and the confidence to sustain any changes you make.

Engagements can be conducted in person, online or on the phone and may include a leadership assessment focused on resilience. The whole process takes any time between 2 to 6 months.
